Triple Accreditation for Evolution BPS

We are delighted to share that Evolution Bottling and Packaging Solutions has achieved Living Wage, Living Hours and Living Pension accreditation. We are the first employer in the Scottish Borders to achieve triple accreditation, and one of only 5 triple accredited Employers in Scotland. These accreditations contribute to our ambition to deliver Fair Work Standards emphasising the importance we place on our team and ensuring they have the resources they need to have security both now and in the future.

This Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Evolution receive at least the “Real Living Wage, exceeding the government minimum set for over 21’s.
A Living Hours commitment guarantees a minimum of 16 hours per week, among other measures. The Living Pension pledge will help staff build a pension pot to provide an income that meets their needs in retirement.
