Our level inspection systems ensure precise management of filling levels within glass or plastic containers, including opaque ones, using high frequency capacitive technology. This advanced system can also be expanded to conduct additional checks as at various points along the bottling line, using the same control unit. Our Logilevel Plus offers further enhanced capabilities, including automatic changeover without the need to calibrate, and allows format selection via external systems, providing seamless integration and operational efficiency.

This technology guarantees the correct placement of closures, maintaining product integrity and reliability.

Capsule Inspection
Our capsule inspection systems, check for the condition and correct application of rolled and heat-shrunk capsules. There are additional options which include a colour version system to distinguish between capsule colours, as well as an additional camera option to inspect the top of a capsule and presence of the logo. It may be combined with the Logilook to provide in-depth inspection on the same station.
